We will give you all the tools you need to write your own Succession Roadmap by doing a deep dive into everything you need to know about the "before, during and after" phases of planning, communicating, structuring and passing the baton of leadership at your church.

*Plus, during the Succession Intensive participants will have unlimited access to Jeff or Beth via text/phone to assist with the mentoring and will be invited to the private WhatsApp group to interact with the other Succession Intensive participants. Each participant will have lifetime access to all of the Zoom recordings and resources from the Intensive.

A VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON COMBO EXPERIENCE
Over our three months together, we will help you develop your own Succession roadmap via our Group Zoom training and worksheets twice a month and via 1:1 Zoom mentoring 3 times. Each person in the Intensive will have access to our private WhatsApp group and will have unlimited text/phone call access to us, and we will wrap up the Intensive with a 2-day in-person gathering in Michigan for everyone to meet, fellowship and engage in a final Q&A with us and our successors.

We don't know if or when we will offer another Succession Intensive! We do know we will offer this first Succession Intensive starting in March 2024 and honestly, we cannot guarantee that there will be another. If you're on the fence, you should jump in!
Yes! We love interacting with and talking to people!
In the Succession Intensive, we are specifically carving out time each month to mentor and assist Pastors who are developing their succession roadmap. Each participant will have access to the group Zoom mentoring sessions as well as to the 1:1 personal Zoom mentoring sessions, plus unlimited text/phone access to both of us. In addition, we will have time together at our 2-day in-person gathering.
In order to give everyone the best and most personal experience, we are limiting the size of the Intensive group. We are looking for Pastors/Spouses who are ready to invest in themselves and the future of their church.
Yes, we are planning to host this 2-day gathering at Valley Family Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan during the summer of 2024, on a date that works best for all participants. Participants will be responsible for their own travel, hotel, meals, etc.
Yes! We want to expose all participants to other churches and leaders who have been successful in their succession. Details to come.
All of our Intensive Zoom sessions will be recorded and available for replay for the Intensive participants only.
All participants will have lifetime access for their personal use to all Zoom recordings and all resources in this Intensive.
For those who desire ongoing support after the Intensive, which would include things like: additional intensives or customized consulting for pastors and their families, staff, board members, congregations, etc. - -- we will determine the options, structure and fees involved at a later time.
All you need is access to the Internet! We are using our website platform for all of our Group and 1:1 Zoom mentoring sessions.
No, unfortunately once we are full and have begun the Intensive, it will be closed to any additional participants.
